Tasting Notes

Nose: Warm caramel and vanilla, followed by roasted agave and subtle hints of baked apple & pear reflective of the apple-brandy cask influence. 
Palate: Smooth and rich cooked agave sweetness, notes of caramelised pear and apple, gentle oak spice, honeyed agave and toasted French oak. 
Finish: Long, elegantly fruity lingering orchard-fruit sweetness, warm toasty oak, a subtle spice and a refined agave-driven tail.
