This Second Edition of "Malting Season" is crafted entirely onsite beginning with the hand malting of the concerto barley in our traditional floor maltings and finishing with slow maturation in first fill bourbon casks in our earthen floored dunnage warehouses. The result is an extraordinarily smooth single malt, rich creamy with layers of roasted malt and barley sweetness.
