  • Distilled/aged in Bardstown, Kentucky, bottled by Three Springs Bottling Company, Bowling Green, KY  

Tasting Notes

  • Color: Deep amber with copper‑sun-yellow highlights.
  • Nose: Oak and wood char, transitioning to dark fruit and sweet corn.
  • Palate: Bold oak, aged spice, toasted grains, with toffee and smoky-sweet undertones.
  • Finish: Lingering sweet tobacco and rye, slightly dry
