Appearance & Effervescence

• Light straw-gold color with a fine and persistent stream of bubbles. 

Nose

• Elegant aromas of ripe pear, apricot, and candied fruits, lifted by floral notes of acacia and lime blossom. Honeyed nuances and gentle citrus peel add complexity. 

Palate

• Rich and generous entry: flavors of pear, quince, ripe apple, and hints of citron. Mid-palate reveals subtle toastiness, soft brioche or pastry notes, and a fine minerality that balances the fruit.
