This bourbon begins as Peerless’s signature Sweet Mash Small Batch Bourbon, then undergoes a special finish in authentic Cognac casks—resulting in a beautifully spaced harmony of rich Kentucky bourbon and elegant French Cognac influences. It’s bottled at barrel strength (112.1 proof), non–chill-filtered, and is a limited-edition release, often exclusive to the distillery.

Tasting Profile

• Nose: Caramelized sugar, raisins, spiced tobacco, vanilla bean, dried stone fruit, and warm maple syrup.

• Palate: Layers of grape must, toffee, muscadine grapes, leather, baked apricot, dark chocolate, and cranberry-raisin bread with crisp pear undertones. 

• Finish: Long and silky, with fresh pear, dried herbs, and oak-driven spice that lingers beautifully.
