Yellowstone Special Finishes Collection Rum Cask 100 PROOF 750mL

• A Kentucky Straight Bourbon aged four years, then finished for nine weeks in rum barrels previously used for Cuban molasses-based rum from Havana, Cuba. Bottled at 50% ABV (100 proof).

• It's the second release in Yellowstone’s Special Finishes Collection, following their Toasted Stave edition. 

Tasting Notes

• Nose: Gingerbread, poached pear, fresh-cut hay

• Palate: Toasted marshmallow, crème brûlée, toffee, toasted oak

• Finish: Cocoa- and clove-seasoned oak, tobacco warmth, and a long honeyed fade
